This piece was created for a story in the comic book anthology "Tales From The Acker-Mansion," a tribute to Famous Monsters Of Filmland magazine founder Forrest J. Ackerman. The final page of the story (written by Marl L. Miller and illustrated by Christian DiBari and JD Korejko) features a twisted, demonic version of the protagonist's aunt and uncle on the cover of a Famous Monsters mag. I tried to emulate the distinctive style of FMOF's signature cover artist Basil Gogos with this one, which was a lot of fun.
