This painting was created for Gallery1988's "Is This Thing On?" 2015 comedians tribute show. The inspiration comes from the brilliant humor of Patton Oswalt-- specifically, the prelude to and "The Song of Ulvaak," from his book "Zombie Spaceship Wasteland," a must-read for anyone who's ever played Dungeons and Dragons in their lifetime.
